Before ABOGE: Janet has over has worked in both government and the corporate sector for over 20 years. After leaving government service, she launched a successful consulting and training firm, delivering leadership training and consulting services to an impressive suite of firms which included Kaiser Permanente, Google, Cisco, Hewlett Packard, Visa, American Express, Boeing and Salesforce.com.
Education & Expertise: Janet holds a Doctorate Degree in Organizational Leadership; a Master of Science Degree in Human Resources Management; and, a Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Administration. Since completing an International Coaching Federation-ACTP approved coaching training program, Janet has been coaching leaders professionally. Other credentials include Certified Human Resources Strategist, Certified Project Manager from Stanford University, and she is also an Accredited Insights Discovery Practitioner. Janet’s expertise resides in leadership development, work and life coaching, building effective teams, team and group facilitation, change management, and public speaking.
After Work Hours: Janet loves spending time with family and enjoying nature. If she is not away at her vacation home or traveling the globe for business or pleasure, Janet and her husband of 10 years enjoy the beauty of living in Northern California. Some of her hobbies include fishing, boating, gardening, pheasant hunting, wine tasting, or just about anything outdoors.
